495: Day with the rents

Do you think i can make it till Post no.500 before 2010? LOL
Anyway, how did you guys spend your last day of 2009?
I spent it with my parents, something i have not done in well.. a very long time. The last movie we watched together was probably "Wedding of the year" or some lame Jack Neo movie around CNY hahaha
So around 11+ in the morning, we took the bus and then the MRT to Tiong Bahru Plaza (!!! my dad has a car! I thought, finally, going out with parents meant travelling by car in the end they decided to go by public transport lol oO). Went to the bank to get my new bank book. Collected our tickets for Avatar 3D at 2.30 at the theatre and had lunch at the foodcourt. Went to the arcade for like 5minutes and then watched the show lo. It was okay la if you ask me. But there weren't subtitles for some of their native language LOL so i had to guess what they were talking about. I remember guessing "wth" to ologuakeu sahajyauyu neninenipupu HAHAHHAHA =P
Yup, after the movie we went to this starhub store cause i wanted to check if i could renew my contract and get a new phone. I can. And i think i've decided on what phone im gonna get. More on that in my next post LOL But i haven't got it. And i should have. Damnit.
Went back to AMK hub after that. Wanted to have Ichiban Sushi for dinner, but there was a freaking long queue. So we ended up having dinner at the foodcourt lo haha Didn't eat much cause i was still very full. You imagine la. 1+ you have your lunch + ice-kachang for dessert, from 2+ to 5+ you munch on your popcorn combo and drinks, and then have dinner at 7. How to eat sia liddat, even for me LOL So i guess, luckily we didn't dine at Ichiban cos i might not have been able to enjoy the meal
Anyway, we took the taxi home after that. YAY HAHAHAH
Random note: My mum hates town lol my dad made serveral suggestions to head for town and join the crowd for the count down and my mum was like, "u two go la, why want go there squeeze with so many people?!" hahaha
But overall, i did enjoy my day hahaha of cause la i didn't have to pay a single cent ^^ Okay except 2bucks for the arcade wahahhahaha our movie costed $50+ LOL 3 3D tickets+booking fee+popcorncombos. I should go out with my parents more often =P
Oh, and not to mention they got me an early birthday present for next year, a 640GB HD.

Im so touched.
Im glad 2009 ended with me on good terms with my parents LOL
