Blogger is screwed. Again. But then again, many things are screwed nowadays. Like my internet connection -_-
So, I didn't blog yesterday cause i was so freaking exhausted from the lack of sleep for 2days and went to bed after dinner and shower at about 8.45pm LOL
Was at Dolby Ghaut Interchange at 8-freaking-AM in the morning. The DS had us there so early in the morning for what, to wait 45minutes? So around 8.50am or so we made our way to SMU and continued doing nothing till around 9.45am, when the walkathon for "Walking On Sunshine" started. Frankly speaking, i have no idea when it started, or ended LOL Me, mantou, xin and benson(xin's beau) were supposed to be at the starting/ending point but we weren't. Xin ended up at the registration booth while me, mantou and benson sat around(literally) and got told off for it LOL In the end we got sent off to sell more of their tickets LOL We walked around, and ended up chatting at the air-conditioned(thank god) kopitiam nearby about benson and xin's future 52 off-spings and their names hahahha
We went back to the event location round 11am without any tickets sold hahaha BUT we did asked a few passer-bys LOL So while me, jia and qian were playing with Flo's dogs, Xin gave birth to her and benson's first child. A purple balloon LOL But the couple heartlessly abandoned him/her a few minutes later. Such cruelty LOL At around 12 we could FINALLY leave LOL We sat around waiting for a briefing that we missed O_o i think? hmmm
Xin and benson went (to her)home while Me, mantou, jia and qian went to Plaza-sing for lunch at Ajisen Ramen. Blahblahblah. Qian and Jia left, while me and mantou went to level7, her wonderland, my fantasyland LOL Played for an hour or two? at the arcade LOL I can get a 'B' for at least 3songs on Drum Maniac now!!! Screwed up my last round though hahaha didn't even get to stage 3 lol and i hate the drumsticks at PS :( Went to Otaku World, Yamaha where mantou got some strings for her guitar, Comics Connection, Times bookshop where i got a new book 'What I was' by Meg Rosoff which i've finished reading btw and a Times membership card for 2years YAY. Looked around Miss.Whatever, looked through cheap books and VCDs at the entrance of PS, sat at the steps infront of the MRT for awhile before we parted our ways at the bus-stop opposite PS. Took bus 162M to Thomson Road before taking a taxi home cause i was too tired to change 2buses to get home.
Got home round 7pm, dinner, showered, slept(of course you already know that).
Woke up at 11.45am today cause my dad wanted me to have lunch with them. Went to the market at AMK central and had duck rice. Seriously! So many people were queueing for it and i don't even know why. It didn't even taste nice. The rice was tasteless. The duck was cold. The soup.. okay la. I bet the people only queued for it cause they saw people queueing for it. So they think the stall must have really nice duck rice. But they don't know that the person in front of them probably queued for the same reason they did. Blah, just an observation LOL I can never be a food critic. To me, all duck rice or whatever not taste the same, whether it's from AMK or Tiong Bahru haha Unless it's either really really really delicious or disgusting hmmmm
Shopped at NTUC after that, got home and slept some more, woke up at 6.30pm for dinner and started reading the book. I'm kinda confused about the storyline though HAHAHA It tells the tale of a boy who meets another mysterious boy, he's curious about him, he wants to know how he thinks or he wants to think like him, whatever. He loves spending time with him, and look at him, almost like he has a crush on him LOL So i thought at first it was a gay story. Turns out, the mysterious guy was a girl LOL They lost contact for 2years and then re-united. He outlived her. Near the end, the guy said "My name is Finn" and Finn was the name the girl used. The guy never mentioned his real name in the story, only that it was always mistaken as a girl's LOL Or maybe i missed it... And the girl used his girly-name to register at the hospital hmmm and he ended up using the girl's guy-name Gee i dunno it doesn't even make sense. I don't even know if they had a relationship in the end LOL I've never been so confused in any story i've read O_o Okay i need to re-read hahahahha
