New shoes for new adventures

It is my dad's birthday today. So when my parents said they were heading to Jurong Point, i thought we would be having something good for dinner but in the end, we ate at the new foodcourt -_- I had Pork yakisoba from Ajitsu Ramen (is that the name?/prolly never gonna eat that again, at least not from AR), while my mom had noodles and my dad had vegetable rice, the cheapest! Even though it was his birthday. We had xiao long pao too, $6.50 for 5 wth, more expensive than Ding Tai Feng i think O_O and this crispy thingy which was nice and ice kachang for me :)
Seeing that my shoes (the blue-ish one which i never asked my maid to wash cause it's so comfortable i wear it everyday LOL) were so dirty, my mum suggested i get myself new shoes since it's the Great Singapore Sale! So we went to Nike and it was Love At First Sight <3. BUT it wasn't on discount (the regular items are on 40%) because it just arrived the previous week. But i got it anyway after walking around JP looking for better and cheaper shoes even though deep down i know i've already decided for the one i've set my heart for haha And besides it's $69 only, which is still cheaper than a $129 shoe that my dad chose that is on 40% discount hahahha plus, $69 from Nike or $69 from BATA, of course NIKE LAH! And my dad even brought me to hushpuppies and chose, in my point of view, "auntie" shoes hahaha
So yeah, so much for GSS -_- AND THEN! While my dad was paying for my shoes, i saw this really cute sleeveless one-piece dress, about knee length for me, 3/4 baby pink and baby blue below. It was again, Love At First Sight <3 $79 and IT'S ALSO A NEW ARRIVAL! Bloody hell, means no discount! So all i could do was let it slip through my fingers. I'm totally crushed, devastated! And even now, the image of it is etched in my memory. It's calling out to me, "meixuan, you know you want me! Come back!" Okay now you prolly think i'm delusional lol but you know, i don't usually feel so strongly about clothes so...
Well here's my idea of a solution. I'll visit Nike again and try on that cute dress. And if it suits me, I'll prolly buy it but if it doesn't, well it's just not meant to be. You know how some clothes look really good when you look at it, but when you put it on, it looks horrible on you? Yah, i feel that if i at least tried it on and don't think it suits me, my heart will find it easier to let go or something hahahha So yah! It's kinda like, refusing to let go of your crush until your absoulutely sure that you have no chances of being together haha =)
As for the shoes, haha it's a really simple design, but i love it! Here's a picture!
I don't really exercise, so i got casual walking shoes instead of you know, running shoes or something haha CHIC RIGHT! LOL
