I DID go for track training yesterday okay! But i was about an hour late due to the cheers meet-up and ECD make-up lecture. Anyway yesterday's training was pretty slack haha all i did was 800m warm-up, stretching, learned the drills (out of 5 i onli remember ankling and butt kick haha can't remember the other terms :s) and then trained at the gym. I didn't get to play dodge ball after all, only watched other people play it :( And cause i was late, i missed the 5km campus run. I should be thankful, i guess?
Anyway i carried my skates by hand all the way to school for inline-skating's training today. Haha i saw J-san (Nigel got his name wrong, so his name shall change from M to J from now onwards) but we were in different groups :( So it started off with a few demo from the commitees. There was the skating round the cones (i can't remember the term), sliding, hockey, doing stunts on a bench(can't remember the term) and jumping over people. WAH the guy who did the jumping jumped over EIGHT people leh! I heard he can do 11people. SUPER COOL LA!
After the demo, we were separated into our groups (im in group Black lol) and we did a mini ice-breaking session while waiting for the skates to arrive. After that we were taught how to stand -_- and then the V-walk lol And after that, everybody got scattered so i just skated around on my own lol I tried to master the T-brake haha this guy whose name's unknown and arion taught me abit and left me alone to practice. And then J-san talked to me! HAHAHA
It started off with "meixuan.. right?" (HE REMEMBERS MY NAME!!!) hahaha so i was like, yah, and then he asked why i was alone and not with my group so i told him everybody's scattered like 10minutes after they put on their skates and told him i was trying to learn the T-brake. So he asked me to practice at the caterpillar (that's what he called the line on the basketball court? LOL). Move my left feet forward, and slide my right feet behind. He said it's not something you can master in a day, a week maybe haha But before he left me to practice, i asked for his name lol So he told me, and did the raise shirt and turn around action i was expecting cause his name was on the back of his shirt lol No.15
Actually i kept skating at his side of the court (there were 3, i was at the extreme right, he was at the extreme left) hoping he would talk to me and he did! It works! HAHAHA i'm so childish :P I know, if i wanted to talk to him why didn't i just go up to him and talk? Because people, I'm a shy person :s Anyway after he left i just practiced on my own until time was up. We gathered back in our own group, took off our skates and that was the end of the training.
After training a few of us from my group went to have dinner together at Bukit Timah market lol I had $2 carrot cake lol and yah, bonded with a few of them lo. There was mark, michelle, sheryl, 2 guys not from the skateclub, michelle's friend who was kind enough to carry my skates from the court to the market :) ,our group leader Joe and our other group facilitators michelle and sheryl who came along later.
And guess who came along A LOT later after that? J-san! HAHAHAH And there i was thinking, if i went along to the market and stayed long enough we might bump into each other :P Since the people say a lot of skate club members go there for dinner after CCA LOL I did wave at him when i saw him this time okay! They(him and his friends) were looking for seats and even though the seats beside us were empty, they ended up sitting somewhere else :( But anyway saw him again when we left haha Even though this time i didn't say goodbye. Anyway he was sitting beside this girl and another guy. She might be his girlfriend, or maybe, hopefully, just a cca-mate who decided to have dinner together :S I'm burned with curiosity!!!
Anyway, i took 52 with Mark and michelle cause i was lazy to walk back to the opposite of KAP for 74 since, you know, i still have to carry the skates. On the ride i found out that Michelle was from deyi too! Choir! She thought i looked familiar but i don't recognize her at all! LOL well i was never the kind of senior who mingled around with the juniors. The only juniors i know were from NPCC LOL So yah. Got off along thompson road and cabbed home or else i would have to switch buses TWICE and still have to walk a distance between the bus-stops. It was only $4.20 when i reached my house's basement and since i didn't spend much money this week, it would be a treat for myself :) Eh, it's cheaper then my $6 subway dinner okay! LOL
So yah. This is all for today. Sometimes I feel like a primary school kid documenting how i feel about my crush LOL But i like this feeling :D You know, how in primary school when you have a crush on someone in your class, you would steal secret glances at them and turn around quickly when they notice? haha It's all very exciting. And i look forward to it! :DDDD
