Not all fun and games

And it's not only school, but track too.

Firstly, due to my recent drop in GPA, i've decided to work harder this semester. Which means i won't (as much as possible) sleep in lectures, even if im only half listening and i will do my tutorials, for as long as possible LOL :D

As for track, lol the training today was tougher then last week's. I was late due to academic reasons (was doing FM in the library) and thank god, i missed the campus run LOL It's not that i hate running around the campus, but there are slopes and i would never be able to catch up, so i would rather do my warming up around the tracks.

Today's training:
Warm up-2 rounds (800m)
Stretching
600mX3sets (1800m)
Games:
Dog and Bone
Captain's ball

I was fine with warming up and stretching. In fact, I love stretching LOL It's the only thing i do well LOL So anyway, i chose middle distance after all, and our training for today was to run 3sets of 600m, with 10minutes break in between each set, even though we took longer breaks then that haha When we started off at the starting line, everybody went straight into sprinting and i was like, "Huh?" and started jogging at my own pace hahaha So obviously for all 3sets, i was always the last to reach the finishing line. I'm more into training my stamina then my speed yah.

Anyway, i was quite touched when i realised some of the guys stood round the track to clap for me to keep me going on, even though i never talked to them and i don't know their names haha it was really nice of them :) And of cause the senior who ran with me during my last lap :D

As for the games, i skipped Dog and Bone to rest and do stretching :P and i skipped captain's ball to do EBA tutorial at the grandstand LOL I don't like either of those games anyway, so it's not a loss. However, i would join in wednesday's dodge ball! HAHAHAHA

So after track, i took my usual 74back to amk central. And then i decided to get a waffle from Prima Deli for my dinner. So i dragged myself all the way from the bus-stop to the shop, and then they tell me there's no more waffle. !!!!!! So instead, i had subway for dinner haha Which wasn't bad at all, since i was planning to eat subway last friday and this afternoon but didn't due to certain circumstances :S

Oh did i mention that i got muscle ache for almost 3days after my 800m warm up last wednesday during track training? And today i ran approximately 2.8km, so my muscles are gonna kill me tomorrow :X
