So, we got back our amaths mock test1. I got 28/80. Failed, but i still scored higher then i expected hahahaha

Oh and there was a chinese test. Kinda stupid actually, what with O'lvl MT being over for awhile now.

Song'en, Siwai, Zhihui and i watched The Simpsons Movie today. It's kinda lame lar really, but entertaining. I'm surprise i didn't fall asleep lol

We went to the NEBO cafe too. But the Hot Guy wasn't there =(

Yeah and that's about it.

Alrighto. Just got back from my DPA interview. I waited for an hour before it was my turn, and i was the last one lol.

So yeah, the interview.

It was fifteen minutes long. lots of questions. From the typical why i chose ngee ann/Business Studies to why i was in NPCC, what i do in my cca, my post blah blah blah and if i came for ngee ann's openhouse or any of their courses and also bout my dad's business, and yeah, why i chose poly over jc, despite my "good results" (i have no idea where they get that from cause apparently i did not do well for mid-years)

Overall, i thought it was alright. I did not freak, thank god for that. But still. It's hard to get in. Every course only admits bout 5 or 6 students.

Christian friends out there, pray for me okay?

Or whatever religion your in.

Yep and thats about it.

DPA results come out on 13August.

Two weeks.

It has been long since the last time i got to sleep 12hours straight! It was shiok sia! I woke up at 3 yesterday, Thank god there was no remedia. So anyway, i finished reading Harry Potty at 4.02am this morning. Felt a great sense of satisfaction for finishing the book in a day, but you know what? I had tuition the next morning!

Met up with Kennard for a study session after my tuition. Yeah i know, who continues to study after tuition? But if i don't, kennard's gonna do that thing that makes me feel guilty lol and he's pretty good at it, because i always end up giving in. Let's just say i have a really kind heart ;)

So anyway, we studied at Nebo(cafe beside cathy at amk hub) since mac was full. The first thing that caught my eye were those swinging chairs. It's really comfortable lar, and it swings!, held by a chain by the ceiling. I swear when i get my own house, i'm gonna get one of these! HAHAHAHAH (oh and did i mention that, the chain that connected the chair to the ceiling broke or dislocated or whatever and they had to remove the chair... but hey, i wasn't sure if i was the one who caused it, because after me, some kids went on it too!

And besides the swinging chair, one other thing attracted me to that place. Yeah you guessed it, HOT GUY! That guy worked there and he's probably one of the bosses or something. Because he walked in and out as and when he liked. But that's not the point. The point is, HE'S HOT. And young, and probably rich.

So while we studied, i kept ordering food! First it was french fries, and then nard ordered cheese fries, then i ordered coke float and then Beigian Buttermilk Wafe. And you wanna know something? I only had 4dollars on me then.

And speaking about food, while i was scanning through the menu, i saw number 555, Love Potion. My first reaction, LOVE POTION!!!! Second reaction, 555! MASK RIDER 555! And as i looked down, i formed a sentence along the lines of these: Mask rider 555 used a love potion that resulted in a purple explosion that gave him a peachy pleasure.

Yeah i know, whatever. So as you can see, our little "study session" didn't go as well as we planned. I finished my maths paper though, and kennard finished part 1 of our lit essay due tomorrow. Distractions. Distractions. And i laughed a lot hahah for god knows what reason.

After our "fruitful" study session, kennard and i headed for amk central cause he needed to have his hair cut, for tomorrow's hair checking. That idiot ah, brought us round in circles and we looked for an hour before he finally located that hair salon. Oh wait, it isn't a salon. It's one of those 10dollars for 10minutes kinda shop.

LOL and you wanna know what the funny thing is? Kennard's hair dresser thought i was his girlfriend! MUAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA And she kept insisting he was handsome. I was like, okay... no comments... and just sat there.

Its funny how people come up with these links. And of course i suppose my sec1 NP cadet's spreading a rumour bout me having a "stead", but i don't know who they referring to though, because i don't have one thats number one and, i hang out with so many guys! How was i to know which one they thought might be my boyfriend hahahahhaha

OHHHH and my DPA interview's tomorrow! I searched high and low for my certificates, and guess what i found instead? Pictures of me in kindergarden and Seventh Day Adventist Church, pictures of me in Gold Coast, and Fuhua examiniation papers hahahaha

And something i never expected. Ang Mo Kio secondary was my first choice! Deyi was my second! And all along i thoght Deyi was my first! HOLY COW. How forgetful lol. Even when i got the results of where i was going in pri.6, i was like, "YAY, FIRST CHOICE!" And four years later i realise, it wasn't my first choice after all lol how funny

Some things just don't happen the way you expect them to, do they? Life is full of twists and turns, and before you know it, your on your way to something totally unexpected. And let's hope these are pleasant surprises though, because if it isn't... ahwell... what could we have done?

Okayokay crap crap crap. Getting my first testimonial tomorrow! Feeling exicted. Let's cross our fingers and pray and hoope that meixuan will do well in her interview tomorrow shall we?

Amaths mock test 1 today.

Yeah I know, despite the fact that I've been doing lotsa Amaths for the past week, I still found it difficult. I have a problem with time management when it comes to maths, and i'm often unconfident with my answers, even if i've done it a gazillion times.

But today's paper was really really really hard. Not even sure if i can secure 20marks. That's how hard it is.

On a brighter note, I've finished my tuition homework, and an extra chapter for Amaths! AHA. Okay lar, almost finished. There's still 5questions for chemistry, which i have no idea on how about going round to doing it. You see, they are structured questions from 1988. I mean, wth? I wasn't even born then! Get what i mean?

And yeah, I haven't finished reading Harry Potty. And all that other magazines i bought this week. Lots of reading to catch up with this week!

And those certificates I'll have to comb my room to find.

Oh gosh.

Today's 20072007. Go figure.

So, to my utmost horror, i have found out that my belongings have gotten stolen, again. And this time, it's the chemistry file. It was only a few days ago when i found out that some asshole stole a file from underneath my table(but s/he left my worksheets) and it's happening again. But the chem file probably got stolen ages before today, but i only just found out so...

I'm depressed, really really depressed. I just started liking chemistry and i have to find out this kinda thing. Is heaven playing a joke on me or what. Humph.

My all-knowing periodic table.... :'(

And it was Emaths mock test 2 today. Doable lar, but i'll probably do badly. It's just a feeling.

The school also celebrated Racial Harmony Day today. I was sleeping during the concert so no comments. And speaking of Racial Harmony, I miss my favourite indian friend.

Hello, citizens of xuansville.

So today after school i went to Scube(Self-Supervised-Study) with neth and nerd. And while they do their worksheets i attempted my tuition homework. I've done a fair bit,(of course not all today do one lar) really. Only left with 2questions of amaths(Linear Law) and quite afew structured questions for chemistry, due on sunday. And after I'm done with this post I'll be starting on Social Studies Essay and Lit preparation, that's due tomorrow. And if time permits, I'll be revising emaths, which is um, unlikely haha

And we got back our Emaths mock test results. I was the last passer in class. CHEERS. -_-


So it was english oral yesterday. Reading was alright, picture description was alright, but conversation was screwed. I just went blank and spaced out right there and then. Didn't really know what to say. Lots of ums and ahs. Byebye A2.

Oh and i was having an intereting conversation with nethy last night and our topic drifted to Pokemon. And surprise surprise. I found out from wikipedia that, 10years ago, more than 635 Japanese children were admitted to hospitals with convulsive epileptic seizures. What's the link with pokemon? These seizures were caused by watching an episode of Pokémon, "Dennō Senshi Porygon," (most commonly translated "Electric Soldier Porygon", season 1, episode 38);

I've done a good deed today. I was in the bus and was approached by a St.Nicks girl who had no money for the bus fare, actually is no coiins lar. But anyway, she asked for me to exchange money but i didn't have enough for $10, so i just gave her 50cents for the bus fare. I know, no big deal. But this is the first good deed i've done in a long time. It actually feels pretty good ye know. When i alight the bus, she walked over, smiled, and said "Thankyou" lol. It's the little things that matters, really.

Spent the afternoon at Mac with songens, and later Siwai and Kenneth, studying amaths. It's really enjoyable when you study with friends. Entertaining too. With those three cock buggers, you can expect alot of critisms, suaning and lots of bullshit. But we had hell of a time, nonetheless, trying to study.

I did get things done okay. And i'm really getting into the revision mode. Been doing intensive revision for chemistry and amaths. I'm so proud of myself.

Ye know, the brain consumes 20% of your energy, so after the days' studying, it's time for the TV, and prolly sleep shortly afterwards. Revision shall resume tomorrow. As for now, cherrios.

Greetings people.

So it's been awhile since i've last blogged, i'm a busy person okay hahahha. Now if i start doing one of those long updates you'll prolly be bored to death, so let's make do with a short one.

Watched Harry Potter, Order Of The Phoenix with my parents yesterday. It was well, short. They cut off so many damn parts. For a Potty fan like me, yeah the movie wasn't as um, exhilarating as it should be, but ahwell. I thought the part where the black guy said to fudge, "You may not like him, but you can't deny he's got style", referring to dumbledore, funny hehe

Oh and DPA(direct poly admission) ended today at 6pm. I only rushed out the damn thing last night lol. The poly's Ngee Ann. So here are my choice of courses.

1. Business Studies
2. Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
3. Business Process and Quality Engineering

I really gave a load of bull lol but hopefully i would be able to qualify. I really want this ye know. Yeah i know there are people out there who say i should go for JC, but hey, i don't want to spend my remaining teenage years mugging for exams. Anyway, attachments should be fun lol.

Oh and I bought new slippers two weeks ago, and yesterday was the second time i wore it. And guess what, there are blisters and this long deep cut engraved in my feet because of the strap or whatever you call it. Yeah i know, maybe my feet just isn't accustomed to slippers, not the girly kind anyway. See? I'm destined to be a tomboy, clad in jeans and sneakers. Sigh, not. My beautiful feet is scarred, like a bicycle has run over it over and over again, and it hurts and stings. This stinks.

And today was Olvl MT Listening Compre. The questions were tricky, but it wasn't hard. I better do well because i screwed up my orals, which i shouldn't have.

Actually i've tried blogging a few times before today. But i just got so frustrated at not knowing what to say, so i closed the window. I still have all that unfinished entries as a draft though, but nah. You wouldn't want to read it. It's long, really long. And for now, So Long. :D i'm so retarded.
